EyecareX shall only use this information for research and testing purposes. EyecareX will not use this information to identify you or for any other purpose.

Your decision to share this information is voluntary. You may choose to not share

the information, or you may withdraw from sharing for any reason without penalty

or loss of benefits to which you are otherwise entitled.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and consent to us sharing your information as outlined above.

2. Non-Disclosure

EyecareX may provide Users with Confidential Information (as defined below) for the limited purpose of enhancing their experience on our platform. By using our platform, users agree to respect and protect the confidentiality of any sensitive information obtained.

3. Confidential Information

“Confidential Information” means any of the following, whether in written, oral or electronic form, and whether or not marked as confidential:

all information disclosed by or on behalf of EyecareX to the User, whether before, on or after the use of our service, either directly or indirectly, which (i) is of a business, scientific, or technical nature, including information or documents relating to any of the following, whether past, existing or prospective: technologies, designs, inventions, concepts, ideas, developments, methods, processes, techniques, know-how, trade secrets, creative works, systems, specifications, formulations, applications, software, models, data, prototypes, documentation, research and development, or other tangible or intangible valuable information of a confidential or proprietary nature.

4. Ownership

All Confidential Information is and will continue to be the property of EyecareX. These Terms do not grant, expressly or by implication, any right or license to any intellectual property right or similar proprietary right of any kind.

5. Non-Use and Non-Disclosure; Maintenance of Confidentiality

Users shall not use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than the purposes authorized by our platform. Users shall keep strictly confidential and shall not disclose or disseminate any Confidential Information to anyone without the express written consent of EyecareX. Users shall take at least those measures that it takes to protect its own highly confidential or sensitive information, and no less than all reasonable measures, to protect the secrecy of and avoid disclosure and unauthorized use of the Confidential Information.

6. No Reverse Engineering

Users shall not modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, create other works from or determine the composition of any formulations, prototypes, software or other tangible objects that embody Confidential Information and that are provided to the Users

7. Term and Survival

For any Confidential Information that constitutes trade secrets, proprietary source code, or inventions disclosed by EyecareX, confidentiality obligations under these Terms shall apply indefinitely.
